To skip your June loan payment*, simply request a Loan Extension Agreement (LEA).
Complete and return your LEA to the Loan Department by mail, fax (407) 858-9767 or
by bringing it to a Member Service Representative no later than May 28, 2008.

Once we receive your LEA, we will defer the equivalent of one month's payment for each of
your Healthcare FCU qualified loans, whether it's a monthly payment or two consecutive
biweekly payments. If your loan is paid by a Healthcare FCU internal transfer of cash, your
due date will be moved forward according to your payment schedule, skipping the appropriate
number of payments.
